Track Your Order
Every Suria order ships with tracking. Here is how to find yours.
Your tracking link
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Open that email and click the link to see where your package is.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam and promotions folders, and search your inbox for "Suria". If it still isn't there, email hello@trysuria.com with the name and address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Delivery times
- United States: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking hasn't moved
Carriers sometimes go quiet between scans, especially on international routes. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or it says delivered and you don't have the package, email hello@trysuria.com and we'll make it right.
