Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with carrier and customs delays.
Shipping cost
Free express shipping is included on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.
Tracking, delays, and lost packages
Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or shows no movement, email support@trysuria.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped; orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped or refunded.
