Subscription Policy

Hey — quick and human. This is how Suria subscriptions work, how you’re billed, and (most important) how easy it is to stop. By placing a subscription order at checkout, you agree to this policy.

✨ How your subscription works

When you choose Subscribe & Save (or a multi-bag refill plan), you let us charge the card you add on the schedule you picked — for example every 30, 90, or 180 days. Each cycle, we ship the bags that match your plan. No surprises: same product, same rhythm, until you say otherwise.

🛑 Cancel anytime — for real

You can cancel whenever you want. No guilt trip. No “please stay on the phone.” No maze.

  • ✅ One click in your customer account / subscription portal, or
  • ✅ Email hello@trysuria.com with the email you used at checkout and we’ll cancel it for you

Tip to avoid the next charge: cancel before your next billing date. If a renewal already went through for that cycle, that order still ships (you paid for it). Canceling stops future renewals — it doesn’t automatically refund a charge that already happened. For refunds, see our 90-day guarantee below 👇

⏸️ Prefer to pause instead?

Life gets busy. If your portal lets you pause or skip a shipment, go for it — that holds future charges until you’re ready again. Can’t find the button? Ping us at hello@trysuria.com and we’ll help.

📦 What happens when you cancel

  • 🛑 Future renewals stop as soon as cancellation is confirmed
  • 📬 Orders you already paid for still ship
  • 🎁 Digital extras already delivered with that order (guides, emails, etc.) stay yours

💚 Refunds & the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Canceling ≠ asking for a refund — they’re two different things, and both are okay.

If Suria doesn’t feel like a meaningful difference for you, contact us within 90 days of your first order for a full refund of the product price on that first order (once per customer). No essay required. Details live in our Refund Policy.

💲 Price or plan changes

Plans can evolve. If a change would raise your recurring price, we’ll give notice before the next charge when the law says we should. You can always cancel before the new price hits.

💳 If a payment fails

Sometimes cards expire or banks get grumpy. We may retry the charge or pause the subscription until payment works again. Update your card in your account, or email us — no judgment.
