90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't feel a meaningful difference, contact us within 90 days of your first order for a full refund of the product price — no questions required. The guarantee applies to your first order, once per customer. You do not need to finish the bottle to qualify.

How to request a refund

Email support@trysuria.com with your order number. Our team will confirm your refund and, if a return is needed, provide instructions. Please do not send any item back before contacting us.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns

For most guarantee refunds, no return is required. If we ask you to return product, return shipping for guarantee claims is covered by Suria.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@trysuria.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Cancellations and changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly; once an order has shipped it falls under this Refund Policy.
