Suria is sold as a one time purchase. You pay once for the pouches you order, you are not enrolled in a recurring plan, and your card is never charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

If you see a charge you didn't expect

Email hello@trysuria.com with your order number and the date of the charge. We'll look it up and refund anything that shouldn't be there.

Changing or canceling an order

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. If you need to change your address, swap your bundle, or cancel before it ships, email us as soon as you can and we'll catch it if it hasn't left the warehouse yet.

After it ships

Every order is covered by our 90 day money back guarantee. If Suria isn't for you, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Ordering again

When you're ready for more, order from the product page. Nothing renews on its own, so you stay in control of when and how much you buy.
